Our Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee within 3 days of your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a refund, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase
  • You have not accessed or downloaded any CE module or CE post-test (access includes viewing, starting, or interacting with any CE module or CE post-test)
  • You have not been issued a CE completion certificate
  • You have not completed more than 30% of the platform content (including practice questions, study material, or mock exam questions)
  • Refunds are limited to one per user account

Refund requests may be denied if any of the above conditions are not met.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 3-day refund window has passed
  • You have accessed the CE module or CE post-test
  • A CE completion certificate has been issued to your account
  • You have completed more than 30% of the platform content
  • The purchase was made using a promotional code or discount that is marked non-refundable

Account Abuse and Misuse

Refund requests may also be denied in cases of account sharing, suspicious activity, abuse, excessive access behavior, or violation of platform terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@passmri.com with the email address associated with your account. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
